Mas já elogiando a banda, esse é o primeiro álbum dessa banda, e é de 2007. A banda é muito boa, as músicas misturam vocais rasgados com vocais mais limpos mas o peso é grande e os riffs são muito fortes.

Destaque para a música The Bleeding e a que da nome ao álbum: The Way Of The Fist.
